Job Description : A Special Educator plays a crucial role in providing specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs within our school setting at Kunskapsskolan school. Special educators work collaboratively with other educators, parents, and support staff to ensure that students with neurodiverse needs or special learning requirements receive appropriate accommodations and access to quality education. This role requires dedication, flexibility, and a passion for helping students overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

Qualifications :

Candidates should have a Post-Graduation / Graduation degree in Psychology or Diploma in Special education.

Key Responsibilities :

Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Development :

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, teachers, and specialists, to assess students' strengths and areas of improvement.
• Develop and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Specialized Instruction :
• Create and implement differentiated lesson plans and teaching strategies tailored to individual student needs.
