Job Purpose :
We are looking for a seasoned candidate of New Customer acquisition to take complete ownership of our digital customer acquisition framework. The ideal candidate is a commercially astute, data-obsessed leader who will architect and operate the engine that powers DMI's growth in the competitive digital lending space. You will hold the P&L for all digital channels and own our ambitious growth targets
Principal Accountabilities :
- Architect & Execute new customer acquisition strategy : Develop and implement robust, full-funnel paid marketing strategies aligned with our ambitious goals for loan disbursal, customer acquisition, and profitability.
- Champion a Data-Driven Culture : Ideate and lead cross-functional efforts to reduce CAC and increase user retention by testing creatives, landing pages, and user journeys.
- Set up, track, and optimize campaigns using GA4, Firebase, MMP platforms.
- Campaign Ideation and Execution : Build compelling, creative, relatable ideas that people notice and click. Lead and build a team of skilled marketers, fostering a culture of innovation, customer obsession, and relentless optimization.
- Innovate & Stay Ahead : Pioneer new acquisition programs and champion a test-and-learn culture to unlock new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification required : Graduate
Qualifications preferred : MBA in marketing
Work Experience
7-10+ years in marketing, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role focused on performance marketing and customer acquisition.Prior experience scaling a D2C, FinTech, or digital lending brand is required.Demonstrated track record of managing and profitably scaling large monthly ad spends (e.g ₹50 Lakhs and above).Skills & Proficiencies
Deep, hands-on expertise in performance marketing platforms, particularly Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.Strong command of data interpretation, attribution models, and reporting tools like GA4.Strategic mindset with proven execution speed and the ability to operate independently.Proven experience in building and mentoring high-performing marketing teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to senior leadership.
