Excellent presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office . Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ability to drive quality improvement and implement corrective actions. Meticulous attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Quality with a strong background in the electronics industry . The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of quality control processes for SMT (Surface Mount Technology), Wave soldering , and Robotic soldering . You will be responsible for leading quality improvements, conducting defect analysis, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with standards like IATF 16949 .
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control & Analysis : Implement and oversee quality control procedures for SMT, Wave soldering , and Robotic soldering . You will be responsible for PCB (Printed Circuit Board) CP (Critical to Process) defect analysis , and implementing effective countermeasures .
- Reporting & Documentation : Prepare comprehensive 8D reports for quality issues. You must be well-versed with MS Office tools for creating clear and professional presentations.
- Standards & Compliance : Ensure all quality processes adhere to ISO standards , specifically IATF 16949 . You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality management system.
