Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Clipper located in Bhopal. The Content Clipper will extract engaging, viral-worthy clips from raw podcast episodes, optimizing them for maximum shareability across short-form platforms. Key responsibilities include identifying peak moments, editing for platform-specific formats, adding graphics / captions, and ensuring fast delivery. You'll work closely with podcast producers to understand audience demographics and content pillars, enabling you to consistently identify what resonates.
