Executive Operations Coordinator

Company : Pare

Location : Remote (India)

Schedule : 4 PM – 12 AM IST

Pare is growing fast, and we’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Executive Operations

Coordinator to support the founders and help streamline our operational workflows.

This is a high-trust role working directly with leadership, candidates, and clients — perfect for someone who loves structure, communication, and AI-powered productivity.

What You’ll Do

Founder Support & Operations

  • Join meetings with the founders or work from call transcripts
  • Capture clear action items, decisions, deadlines, and follow-ups
  • Maintain To-Dos, reminders, calendars, and execution checklists
  • Ensure smooth coordination across all internal and client-facing projects

Candidate & Client Coordination

  • Schedule interviews and calls between candidates and clients
  • Maintain talent pipelines, status updates, and communication
  • Support onboarding processes and documentation

    • Documentation & Content

  • Draft articles, summaries, and structured content using AI
  • Create SOPs, internal documents, and templates based on instructions

    • Contract & Admin Management

  • Manage and update contracts, agreements, and internal trackers
  • Keep pipelines and project dashboards up to date
  • Support compliance and documentation workflows

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Comfortable working with AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable.)
  • Able to extract context from meeting notes / transcripts
  • Strong communication and task-management skills
  • Experience in operations, coordination, or executive assistance preferred
  • Proactive problem solver who anticipates needs before being asked
