Highly Skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Salesforce Solutions Architect.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to meet customer needs. They will collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and identify areas for improvement.

Key responsibilities include :

• Business Analysis : Gather and document business requirements, analyze processes, and identify opportunities for improvement using Salesforce.
• Solution Design : Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, recommend configurations, permissions, workflows, and integrations.
• Implementation & Configuration : Configure Salesforce features, contribute to custom objects, fields, validation rules, and workflows.
• Testing & Deployment : Review test cases, coordinate user acceptance testing, and ensure smooth deployment of Salesforce solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guide them in adopting Salesforce best practices, lead workshops, presentations, and training sessions.

Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing : Mentor junior consultants, share best practices within the team, and stay updated on Salesforce releases and trends.
