Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Surat. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice on property purchases, sales, rentals, and investments. The role involves conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and coordinating with legal and financial consultants. Additionally, the consultant will need to stay updated with market trends, develop sales strategies, and offer training to junior consultants.

• Real Estate and Real Property expertise
• Sales and Negotiation skills
• Experience in Training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Certifications in real estate or related areas are beneficial
