Job Purpose

To create and facilitate a vibrant, Reggio Emilia-inspired learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in young learners. This role supports children’s self-directed exploration through hands-on, STEM-based experiences, integrating science, technology, engineering, arts, and literacy. The educator acts as a guide and co-learner, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive space that encourages innovation and collaboration.

• Facilitate inquiry-led and project-based learning by integrating STEM, arts, and literacy in a hands-on, child-centred environment.
• Create and maintain an inspiring studio space with diverse materials, provocations, and collaborative opportunities, while engaging parents and the school community in the learning journey.
