About the Role We're looking for a dynamic and driven Social Media Manager to lead end-to-end content strategy and execution across multiple accounts—primarily in the public sector and impact-driven campaigns. You'll play a key role in planning, creating, coordinating, and publishing high-impact content while working closely with both internal teams and client stakeholders. This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage social media strategy for multiple clients across public sector and impact-driven domains.
• Build monthly content calendars aligned with each client's communication goals, events, and priorities.
• Lead coordination between clients and internal teams (designers, writers, video editors) to ensure seamless execution.
• Publish content across all relevant platforms, maintaining consistency and quality across formats.
• Track platform trends and recommend fresh content ideas to increase organic engagement.
• Ideate and launch campaign ideas tailored to client-specific objectives and audience insights.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend data-driven optimizations.
• Oversee the execution of paid social media ads and basic Google Ads campaigns.
• Take ownership of client communication, timelines, and approvals.
• Build and mentor a content team, ensuring timely delivery and creative excellence.
