About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven
Client Growth Manager – Digital
to join our growing marketing agency in Bangalore.
This role is ideal for someone who loves building relationships, driving measurable results, and managing the full spectrum of digital marketing activities, from social media strategy and influencer collaborations to paid campaigns and content coordination.
You will act as the
strategic growth partner
for our clients, ensuring their brand’s digital presence delivers impact, consistency, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship & Growth Management
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for assigned clients, managing their digital marketing mandates end-to-end.
Build and maintain
strong, long-term client relationships
through regular updates, reviews, and proactive communication.
Deeply understand each client’s
business objectives, brand voice, and target audience
to deliver tailored strategies.
Identify opportunities to
grow client accounts
through cross-selling and upselling relevant services such as influencer marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and video production.
2. Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution
Develop
monthly and quarterly digital marketing plans
aligned with client goals.
Work with internal teams (design, content, video, and performance marketing) to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.
Oversee and manage
social media platforms
(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and tools to recommend innovative digital initiatives.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track and measure campaign performance using metrics such as
engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, and ROI .
Prepare
monthly client reports
highlighting key insights, learnings, and next-step recommendations.
Present performance outcomes to clients and internal leadership, translating data into actionable growth opportunities.
4. Content Planning & Coordination
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to
conceptualize engaging content calendars .
Review content for alignment with brand voice, visual aesthetics, and marketing objectives.
Ensure smooth coordination between content creation, approval, and posting cycles.
5. Business Development Support
Contribute to
client proposals, case studies, and success stories
that showcase agency capabilities.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy planning for potential and existing clients.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field .
2–5 years of experience
in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
Deep understanding of
social media platforms, digital advertising, and campaign analytics .
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with tools like
Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
Ability to
multi-task, manage deadlines , and thrive in a collaborative environment.
