This role demands effective communication with stakeholders & strategic alignment of data initiatives with business goals
What you will do
- Technical Proficiency :
- Utilize SQL, Python / R, Excel for data analysis and insights extraction.
- Apply mathematical, statistical, or predictive modeling techniques to analyze data and support decision-making.
- Develop and implement relevant visualizations to drive insights based on the context.
- Problem-Solving :
- Break down complex problems, identify root causes, formulate hypotheses, and draw comprehensive conclusions.
- Approach problem-solving in a structured manner, evaluating second-order impacts and addressing challenges / risks.
- Stakeholder Management :
- Effectively communicate insights and drive data-backed decisions with stakeholders and leadership.
- Define and align key metric definitions with stakeholders.
- Manage multiple work streams and coordinate interdependencies.
