Telecaller Executive

Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers / entry-level candidates who are looking to start their career in sales and customer service. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing them with information about our products and services, and assisting them with their inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls made and sales closed.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with leads and provide information on promotions and offers.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall performance and achieve team goals.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A), Masters in Arts (M.A)
