We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers / entry-level candidates who are looking to start their career in sales and customer service. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing them with information about our products and services, and assisting them with their inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls made and sales closed.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with leads and provide information on promotions and offers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall performance and achieve team goals.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.Strong listening skills to understand customer needs.Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.High level of patience and empathy towards customers.Education
Masters in Arts (M.A), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A)
