Job description

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
Make strategic design and user experience decisions related to core and new functions and features
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate on designs
Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
Create user personas through research and data analysis
Solve UX challenges creatively (e.g., usability, findability)
Collaborate with UI designers to implement attractive, functional designs
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
Work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders

Requirements :

3+ years of UX design experience (preferably with complex, full digital environments)

Expertise in UX design tools such as Sketch

Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and deliver complete user experiences

Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles

Proficient in user-centered design (UCD) , user research, testing (A / B), rapid prototyping, heuristic evaluations, usability, and accessibility

Ability to iterate efficiently and make intelligent design decisions

Experience in graphic design and social media collateral creation (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual design

Excellent communication skills for sharing design concepts and rationale

Passion for UX, design thinking, and solving user pain points

Openness to feedback and a growth mindset

Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus
