Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles such as Customer Sales Representatives and other call center-related positions.
- Develop and post job advertisements across relevant platforms to attract quality candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process with department managers.
- Maintain an active database of potential candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Requirements :
