Job descriptionProject Execution Manage end-to-end program execution, ensuring adherence to defined timelines, scope, and budget. Work closely with engineering, R&D, procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of Li-Ion battery pack programs. Track program progress, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate critical issues to senior leadership when required. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Product Management, Operations, and Sales teams, to align program objectives. Ensure seamless coordination between different departments to meet customer and business requirements. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business functions to streamline workflows. Engage with customers for program updates, requirement gathering, and issue resolution. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely availability of materials and components. Support Sales teams in customer interactions related to program commitments. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure program stability. Troubleshoot program challenges and work on corrective actions. Ensure programs adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal Quality Processes. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, risk registers, and status updates.

Exide Energy Solutions Limited is looking for NMC Cell design and development in the Cell R&D organization to achieve company’s goal. The role requires to lead design and development team for NMC technology for various format of battery cells manufactured in EESL Gigafactory.

The candidate needs to function under PMO, delivering successful Projects within in agreed timelines by mitigating risks and proper stakeholder management.
