Job description

Job Title : Accounts & Admin Executive

Location : Dwarka, New delhi

Company : A growing Interior Decoration Company

Department : Accounts & Administration

Experience : 3–4 years

Employment Type : Full-time

Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to support our finance and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting activities, manage administrative processes, and coordinate with project teams for timely updates. This role requires multitasking capabilities and strong communication skills to liaise across departments.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts & Finance :

  • Prepare and verify Purchase Orders (POs) in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records (vouchers, invoices, payments, receipts, petty cash, etc.).
  • Assist in payroll processing and Full & Final Settlement preparation.
  • Support in preparing reports for management (e.G., expense tracking, cash flow summaries).
  • Coordinate with external accountants or auditors, if required.

Project & Site Coordination :

  • Conduct periodic site visits to gather project progress updates.
  • Liaise with Project Managers to track milestones, material deliveries, and labor utilization.
  • Maintain and share regular project update reports with management.
  • Administration & HR Support :

  • Handle employee attendance and leave management system.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new joiners, including documentation and induction coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records and contracts.
  • Support general administrative functions (office supplies, vendor coordination, filing, etc.).
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in accounts and / or admin roles (interior design or construction sector preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel);
  • knowledge of Tally or accounting software is a plus.

  • Good communication skills in English and local language.
  • Ability to visit sites as needed (travel allowance will be provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
