Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Marketing Sponsorship located in Durgapur. The Director of Marketing Sponsorship will be responsible for developing and managing sponsorship sales strategies, overseeing event management, securing sponsorships, and executing sponsorship activations. Daily tasks include identifying potential sponsors, negotiating contracts, managing sponsor relationships, and ensuring successful implementation of sponsorship commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sponsorship Sales, Sponsorship, and Sponsorship Activation
• Skills in Event Management and executing successful events
• Proven track record in Sales and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• Experience in the aerospace industry is preferred
