Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Managers / Equity Advisors to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new team members to strengthen the client acquisition pipeline.
- Ensure team achieves monthly / quarterly targets for DEMAT & Trading account openings.
- Drive cross-selling of Third-Party Products (TPP) – Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, PMS, AIF, etc.
- Support the team in joint client meetings and resolving escalations promptly.
