Role Overview :

• The role at ALAN Electronic Systems Private Limited is part of the companys strategic vision to build a comprehensive product portfolio.
• The Product Manager Design and Development will serve as a key driver in leading the execution of ALANs medical devices roadmap by managing cross-functional teams, aligning vendor ecosystems, and ensuring product delivery with strategic precision.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the medical devices domain, especially in field, customer-facing, and R&D-driven roles.
• A deep technical understanding of electronic medical devices and their application is essential.
• The individual must possess a strong grasp of the indigenous product development process and integrated system design, along with the capability to manage development teams through structured planning, execution, and continuous improvement cycles.
• While the individual is not expected to carry out technical tasks directly, they are fully responsible for driving the entire product lifecycle with ownershipfrom ideation and prototyping, to validation, compliance, production integration, and post-market feedbackthrough effective team leadership and vendor collaboration.
