Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead sales team in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and promoting our interior Company. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and designers .

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends.

Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Ensure sales team compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements :

4+ years of sales manager experience in the interior design or related industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent industry knowledge and understanding of interior design trends.
