Postdoctoral Researcher and Assistant Professor

Teaching Excellence, Active Research, & Institution Building. The Assistant Professor will serve as a bridge between academic theory and industry application. You will drive the "Applied Learning" pedagogy while maintaining a consistent research output.

Teaching : Deliver engaging, case-based, and tech-enabled lectures to undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Research : Publish consistently in high-impact journals ( ABDC A / A / B

• for Management; Scopus Q1 / SCI / IEEE for CSE).

Service : Mentor students for competitions, contribute to accreditation processes (AACSB / NBA), and engage in departmental administration.

Publishing : Target a minimum of 2–3 high-quality publications per year in top-tier indexed journals.

Grants : Lead the drafting of research proposals for funding agencies (DST, SERB, ICSSR) and international grants.

Mentorship : Guide Ph.D. scholars and collaborate on interdisciplinary projects.
