Account Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to support our finance operations in Chennai. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership, as you will be reporting to the CFO . The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of accounting experience with a strong understanding of financial processes, compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CFO to manage day-to-day accounting activities.
• Handle accounts payable / receivable, general ledger entries, and expense tracking.
• Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist the CFO in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks as assigned by the CFO.
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements in the finance function.
