Job Responsibilities : -

1. Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling videos for campaigns, culture posts,

client showcases, and internal milestones.

2.Collaborate with branding, content, and strategy teams to align visuals with

Thoughtsol’s tone—professional, warm, and emotionally intelligent.

3.Add motion graphics, transitions, music, and effects to enhance storytelling.

4.Create platform-specific edits for , Instagram, YouTube, and internal

channels.

5.Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs, including color palette,

typography, and logo usage.

6.Stay ahead of video trends and suggest fresh formats for festival posts, team

highlights, and swag reveals.

Additional Points : -

Knowledge of video editing tools is a must —including Adobe After Effects,

Premiere Pro, and Filmora Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and narrative flow

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across creative and operational

teams.

Preference : Experience with animation, sound design, or color grading.
