    As a Talent Advisor, you play a critical role in guiding our clients through their talent acquisition journey. Your role is pivotal in

    understanding client needs, strategizing effective talent acquisition processes, and fostering a culture of excellence within our global

    team.

    experience required

  • Relevant experience in a similar role (RPO / MSP / Recruitment / Sourcing).
  • 2+ years experience in the recruiting and staffing industry is preferable.
  • Stakeholder management on Operational management level.
  • Consulting and advising clients in RPO or MSP solutions.
  • client relationship building with Department heads and HR directors.
  • Demonstrated track record of understanding clients needs and translating those into effective Talent acquisition strategies.
