We are seeking a passionate HR Analytics Trainer to join our growing network of expert coaches and trainers.

Role Overview

As an HR Analytics Trainer , you will design and deliver engaging sessions that help HR professionals understand and apply data-driven decision-making. You’ll combine your expertise in human resources and analytics to empower learners with the skills to interpret workforce data, use analytical tools, and align insights with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver HR Analytics training modules (live sessions, workshops, and e-learning formats).
• Teach concepts including workforce analytics, predictive HR models, data visualization, and HR metrics.
• Develop hands-on case studies and exercises using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R.
• Assess learners’ progress and provide personalized feedback.
• Collaborate with the CoachX content and product team to continuously improve course materials.
• Stay updated on HR tech trends, people analytics practices, and emerging tools.
