Role : AM - Digital Transformation

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage strategic digital transformation projects within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Collaborate with clients, understanding their needs, and build trusted partnerships at senior stakeholder levels.
  • Provide solutioning and pre-sales support with a consultative mindset to deliver impactful digital solutions.
  • Oversee content creation and planning processes, leveraging modular content approaches where applicable.
  • Utilize knowledge of Veeva systems (CRM, Vault, etc.) and Aprimo for streamlined pharma operations.
  • Apply Gen AI tools appropriately within the pharmaceutical context to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Manage project delivery under ambiguity and changing environments, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Navigate regulatory requirements and market dynamics effectively to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
  • Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong background in content creation, planning processes, and modular content (highly preferred).
  • Experience with Veeva and Aprimo platforms (preferred).
  • Proven leadership experience managing strategic projects with client-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at senior levels.
  • Deep understanding of pharma regulatory environments and market dynamics.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, preferably with Agile or other recognized methodologies.
  • Ability to work and lead under uncertainty with adaptability and resilience.
  • Experience with change management and driving organizational transformation.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, Veeva, Six Sigma are a plus.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Familiarity with generative AI applications in pharma.
  • Expertise in modular content strategy.
