Job description

Position : Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant - Benefits

Experience : 8 - 9 Years

Job Type : Full-Time (FTE)

Location : Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Gurugram

Notice Period : Immediate

Key Skills & Expertise :

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Benefits configuration and implementation.
  • Knowledge of Payroll, Integrations, and Functional Configurations.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of modules / projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits module.
  • Collaborate with payroll, HR, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Analyze requirements, provide functional expertise, and ensure smooth system integration.
  • Drive workshops, gather business needs, and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and statutory policies.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding HCM Benefits
