Role Summary
The Senior Executive – Analytics will support the conversion of complex media, digital and market data into actionable insights that inform both strategic and in-flight campaign decisions. The role will work closely with media planning, client servicing, deployment and performance teams to track campaign effectiveness, identify optimisation opportunities and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
A key focus of the role will be executing data analysis, maintaining dashboards, supporting automation initiatives and enabling data-led media planning. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, detail-oriented and curious, with the ability to simplify data and deliver clear insights.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Measurement & Insights
- Collect, clean and analyse data from multiple sources including ad platforms, analytics tools and spreadsheets.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc performance reports and dashboards for internal teams and clients.
- Analyse cross-channel media performance against defined KPIs.
- Support deep dives across audience, platform, creative and geography to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Translate data outputs into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
2. Digital & Marketing Data Automation
Assist in building and maintaining automated reporting dashboards using BI tools.Support data extraction, validation and hygiene across reporting systems.Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing reporting processes and flag opportunities for automation and improvement.Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across reports and dashboards.3. Planning & Optimisation Support
Provide data-backed inputs to support media planning and optimisation decisions.Assist in reach, frequency and performance analysis for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.Support test-and-learn initiatives by tracking performance and documenting learnings.4. Market & Consumer Analysis
Support integration of media, market and consumer data to create holistic performance views.Track trends in campaign performance, brand metrics and market indicators.Maintain scorecards and tracking frameworks for key accounts.5. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with planning, client servicing, deployment and performance teams to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.Support senior team members in responding to analytics and insight-related requests.Contribute to adoption and consistent usage of analytics tools and frameworks within the team.Basic Qualifications & Skills
2–4 years of experience in media, digital or marketing analytics (agency experience preferred).Hands-on experience with :Google AnalyticsGoogle Tag ManagerAdobe AnalyticsMicrosoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation)Looker StudioGoogle BigQueryStrong analytical mindset with comfort handling large and complex datasets.Experience in performance reporting, dashboarding and basic automation workflows.High attention to detail with strong time management and organisational skills.Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.Strong communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and confidently.Self-motivated, proactive and keen to continuously learn and upskill.Why Join Interactive Avenues
