We are expanding my content initiatives across YouTube (long-format) and Instagram Reels (short-format) , focusing on political strategy, leadership, social communication, and knowledge-based content. To build this consistently and at scale, we are seeking a  Scriptwriter & Creative Content Director  who can work closely with me to help transform ideas into high-quality video outputs.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will support me in scripting, conceptual direction, and coordinating with the editing team to ensure that every piece of content is delivered with clarity, creativity, and professional polish.

This role requires a blend of storytelling talent, creative vision, and execution discipline .

Key Responsibilities

1. Script Development

• Write engaging scripts for YouTube long videos, Instagram Reels, and short educational / insight videos.
• Transform raw ideas, notes, and discussions into structured scripts.
• Research topics and develop narrative-driven, informative, and impactful content.
