Job Description

Position Responsibilities :

• Review and update valuations for private credit deals
• Work with investment teams to understand deal structures
• Prepare various reports related to Valuation and present findings to senior management
• Coordinate with external valuation firms and auditors
• Stay updated on market trends and valuation methods
• Coordinate with internal deal teams to review and validate valuation inputs and assumptions
• Manage third-party valuation reviews and liaise with external auditors
