We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who knows how to spot exceptional talent and build strong relationships with both hiring teams and candidates. You’ll drive end-to-end recruitment for high-impact roles across Engineering, Product, and Technology, while ensuring a seamless and thoughtful hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand business needs and role requirements.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to offer closure — for technical positions (Engineering, Product, Data, DevOps, etc.).
• Build and execute creative sourcing strategies using multiple channels — professional networks, advanced Boolean searches, referrals, and social media.
• Assess candidates for technical and cultural alignment through structured screening and evaluation.
• Manage pipelines efficiently and ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and market trends to guide data-driven decisions.
• Represent the company brand with authenticity and clarity during every candidate interaction.
