About Us :

98thPercentile is a rapidly growing US-based Ed-Tech startup offering online, after-school enrichment programs in English, Math, Coding, and Public Speaking for students in grades K–12. Our programs are designed to boost students' academic performance and confidence.

We are looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join our team as Inside Sales Executives and help families discover the value of our programs.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage with US-based prospects to understand their needs and provide relevant program recommendations

Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings and address customer queries

Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM software; ensure timely follow-ups and lead conversion

Collaborate with marketing, support, and product teams to enhance the customer journey

Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales or a customer-facing role (preferably in Ed-Tech or B2C sales)

Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)

Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities

Basic understanding of CRM tools, Excel, and Google Sheets

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Willingness to work exclusively in the US time zone (9 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM IST)

6-day work week (Monday to Saturday)
