Job Description

NAVA Design & Innovation Pvt Ltd, the inventor of the world’s first automated robotic coconut sap tapping device, is an award-winning deep-tech startup recognized with the Prime Minister’s National Startup Award and the Coconut Development Board’s National Award for Best Machinery & Equipment.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation through closure — while building strong relationships with farmers, FPOs, cooperatives, and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Pipeline Development : Identify potential customers and build partnerships with distributors / FPOs.
• Sales Execution : Deliver product demos, manage negotiations, and close deals.
• Customer Relationship Management : Maintain client communication, track adoption challenges, update CRM.
• Strategy & Reporting : Define sales targets, report performance, and forecast revenue.
