Position : AVP – AI Engineer / Data Scientist

Experience : 12+ years

Location : Bangalore / Pune / Gurgaon / Noida

Role Overview :

The role involves leading AI and data science initiatives, with responsibility for designing and implementing scalable AI solutions. The position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership capability, and strong stakeholder management, as it is a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design and development of AI / ML models and solutions to address complex business challenges.
Define AI architecture and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.
Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers to drive delivery excellence.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to translate business objectives into data-driven outcomes.
Oversee project planning, execution, and governance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance AI capabilities.

Key Skills & Requirements :

Strong experience in AI engineering, machine learning, and data science.

Proven experience in AI solution architecture and end-to-end implementation.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage large-scale projects.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with prior client-facing exposure.

Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into technical strategies.
