Production Engineer

Position : Production Engineer / Senior Engineer

Report to : AM Production

Location : Manesar

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes that optimize production efficiency while minimizing waste and reducing costs.
• Utilize methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Plan and schedule production activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to align production schedules with material availability and demand forecasts.
• Establish and maintain quality standards for production processes.
• Implement inspection procedures and utilize statistical process control techniques to monitor and improve product quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow
• Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainable manufacturing practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, quality assurance, and maintenance, to align production processes with company goals.
• Communicate effectively to address challenges and implement improvements across the production process
