Python Engineer (Agentic AI & Automation)

About the Role :

We're looking for a passionate Python Engineer with hands-on experience in Agentic AI and automation to help us build the next generation of AI-driven systems. You will work across backend engineering, workflow orchestration, and intelligent automation using state-of-the-art AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain Python-based backend components and automation scripts
• Engineer and deploy LLM-based agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI , or similar
• Design multi-agent architectures for intelligent automation and decision-making
• Integrate LLMs like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini into production-grade applications
• Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and develop robust prompt strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data, product, and engineering teams
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security of AI pipelines
