Job Title :-Senior AEM MERN Stack Developer

Location :- Pan India (Hybrid)

Experience :- 7 to 13 years

Role Summary

• We are looking for a Senior AEM MERN Stack Developer with strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and modern JavaScript technologies.
• The role involves building and maintaining enterprise‑grade CMS solutions along with frontend and backend integrations using the MERN stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites)
• Develop and customize:
• AEM components
• Templates
• Dialogs
• Workflows
• Create and maintain OSGi services and Sling Models
• Work extensively with HTL / Sightly
• Configure and support Dispatcher, MSM, and content replication
• Develop and integrate React‑based frontends with AEM
• Build and consume backend services using Node.js
• Collaborate with UI, backend, and DevOps teams
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites)
• Proficiency in:
• OSGi
• Sling Models
• HTL / Sightly
• AEM component development
• Experience with:
• AEM workflows
• MSM (Multi‑Site Manager)
• Dispatcher
• Experience in MERN stack, including:
• React
• Node.js
• Express
• MongoDB (or similar databases)
• Strong understanding of REST APIs
• Good problem‑solving and debugging skills

Preferred / Good to Have Skills

• Experience with AEM Headless or SPA Editor
• Exposure to AEM as a Cloud Service
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud platforms
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
