Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior HR Executive located in Nagpur. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our team. The role involves supporting and executing a wide range of HR operations and employee engagement activities. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR processes, fostering positive employee relations, and driving initiatives that enhance workplace culture.

Qualifications :

Experience : 1 to 3 years

Qualification : MBA in HR

Must Have (primary skills) :

Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques
Aware of Software industry terms and requirements
Well versed with data management using excel, word, google sheets
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Knowledge of Job portals and resources used for recruitment
Logical bend of mind
Have a knack for developing interpersonal relationships
Team working skills and the ability to collaborate well with others
The ability to organize self and prioritize the work
Has a go-getter and positive attitude
Self-motivated and demonstrates a "never die attitude"
Believes in Work hard - Play Hard

Added Advantage :

IT or CS graduation background

Have work experience in IT recruitment

Managing job boards across various platforms

Maintaining Candidate database

Conducting initial phone screenings

Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews

Following up with internal stakeholders for reviews

Maintain candidate communication and keep the engagement level until the position is filled

Take initiatives in employee engagement activities

Creating monthly reports
