Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Kochi. As an English Language Instructor specializing in IELTS, you will deliver high-quality instruction to individuals and groups seeking to improve their English language proficiency. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing lesson plans, delivering engaging lessons, monitoring progress, conducting mock tests, and providing constructive feedback to help students prepare for the IELTS exam. You will also be responsible for creating a positive learning environment and tailoring teaching methods to suit the varying needs of learners.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching practices
• Experience in developing educational content and frameworks related to IELTS and other proficiency exams
• Strong Writing skills and the ability to create learning materials
• Familiarity with Education methodologies and student engagement techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and guide students to achieve their academic goals
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related fields;

certification in IELTS training is an advantage
