Job Description

Designation - Executive - TA
Department - HR
Location - Gandhinagar
Qualification - MBA - HR
Experience - 2 to 4 years

Roles and responsibilities

Talent Acquisition :

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various manufacturing roles, including engineering, production, operations, quality control, and management.

Utilize job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals to source candidates.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline to address current and future hiring needs.

End-to-End Recruitment :

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.

Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and key competencies.

Ensure timely and efficient recruitment to meet operational demands.

Candidate Experience :

Maintain clear and transparent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience to strengthen the company's employer brand.

Market Research :

Stay updated on hiring trends, industry demands, and competitor practices in the manufacturing sector.

Provide insights to management on workforce planning and talent availability.

Employer Branding :

Collaborate with the HR and marketing teams to enhance the company’s employer brand and promote it as an employer of choice in the manufacturing sector.

Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking sessions.
