We are looking for a talented and motivated Interior Designer with a strong background in residential interiors, specifically modular kitchens, wardrobes, and full-home design solutions. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, technical expertise, and project management skills to deliver innovative and functional designs that meet client expectations and project goals.

The ideal candidate should have a relevant educational background such as a B.Sc in Interior Design, Diploma in Interior Design, B.Arch , or an equivalent qualification. A professional experience of 24 years in the interior design industry is essential, particularly with modular and customized home interior projects.

As a designer in our team, you will play a critical role in understanding client requirements, developing design concepts, and preparing detailed 2D / 3D drawings for execution. You must be proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, DecoHub , and other visualization tools. A strong understanding of site conditions, spatial layouts, and functional planning is a must. You will be expected to take site measurements, analyze client briefs, and convert them into aesthetically pleasing and practical interior layouts.

A key part of the role involves preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and pricing sheets based on final designs. You will also coordinate with back-end teams, including production, procurement, and installation , to ensure seamless execution of designs as per the specifications. Your ability to manage timelines, address on-site challenges, and ensure quality standards will be critical to project success.

In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for attending meetings to conduct need analysis, presenting design ideas, and making timely revisions based on feedback. You should be comfortable handling multiple projects and working under tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and design quality.

Another important responsibility is maintaining project updates in the companys CRM system (Zoho) , ensuring that all lead progress, design iterations, and status reports are accurately logged and updated regularly. You will also be required to plan and coordinate site visits , take accurate measurements, and provide execution-ready drawings to the installation team.

We are seeking someone who is not only technically sound but also possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be a problem-solver, detail-oriented, and have a client-first approach in all aspects of your work.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings and perform design need analysis.
• Take site measurements and develop accurate 2D and 3D design layouts.
• Prepare BOQs and pricing sheets in coordination with the sales and design team.
• Update project and lead progress in the Zoho CRM system.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Provide clear, detailed execution-ready drawings for on-site implementation.
• Handle revisions and client feedback promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct site visits and supervise execution where necessary.
