Job descriptionOversee onboarding activities including documentation, induction coordination, and background checks. Assist in maintaining employee records, HRIS updates, and monthly reports. Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management processes. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows. Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication. Collaborate with delivery heads, business leaders, and project managers for manpower planning. Provide regular updates on hiring progress and operational tasks. Work closely with external vendors for recruitment and operations support. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations workflows. Experience in IT / technology hiring is preferred. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, HR tools, and applicant tracking systems.

Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain and track recruitment metrics—TAT, pipeline status, and offer conversions.
