Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, employee referrals, and other channels.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain and track recruitment metrics—TAT, pipeline status, and offer conversions.

Operations & HR Support

  • Oversee onboarding activities including documentation, induction coordination, and background checks.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records, HRIS updates, and monthly reports.
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  • Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with delivery heads, business leaders, and project managers for manpower planning.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress and operational tasks.
  • Work closely with external vendors for recruitment and operations support.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations workflows.
  • Experience in IT / technology hiring is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HR tools, and applicant tracking systems.
