About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and dependable IT Manager to lead the technology operations for a leading advertising agency. This role involves managing the IT infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted creative workflow, and providing hands-on technical support to design, production, and client servicing teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced agency setup, balancing creative needs with robust IT governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, networks, and creative workstations (Mac & Windows).
• Manage incident response and troubleshooting across software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Ensure uninterrupted functioning of key creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and G-Suite.
• Handle user onboarding, access control, and IT inductions for new employees.
• Oversee asset and inventory management, ensuring all systems are tracked, licensed, and audit-ready.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and operations teams to support digital workflows and media-heavy environments.
• Administer network and security systems including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection.
• Lead process improvements in data backup, recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Liaise with vendors for IT procurement, software renewals, and AMC management.
• Maintain documentation, ensure compliance, and uphold agency data security protocols.
