Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition :

  • Determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting : sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Lead employer branding and talent attraction initiatives i.e. Glassdoor / Ambition box reviews etc.
  • Manage recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.
  • Deliver an engaging and pleasant candidate experience.
  • Employee Life Cycle Management :

  • Plan and coordinate all phases of the employee life cycle from recruitment to exit.
  • Manage onboarding processes to integrate new hires effectively into the organization.
  • Work closely with VP HR to oversee performance management cycles, including evaluations and feedback.
  • Facilitate employee development, career growth, and succession planning.
  • Implement Employee engagement programs and retention strategies.
  • Participating in various HR automation projects in the organisation.
  • Manage offboarding processes and conduct exit interviews.
  • Key Requirements for the Role :

  • PGDM / MBA with specialisation in HR or Equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Employee life cycle
  • Good understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Experience of working in a startup environment strongly desired
  • Sound knowledge of MS office, Excel is desirable.
  • Exposure to Zoho HRMS would be an added advantage
