Job Overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive - (IT hardware / software sales) who is passionate about technology and thrives in a sales-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and selling our IT hardware and software products and services. Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Generation
- Identify and prospect new clients in need of POS systems, barcode scanners, ECRs, billing printers, and other IT products.
- Conduct cold calling, in-person visits, and follow-up via phone and email to generate new business.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions aligned with their business needs.
2. Product Consultation
Provide in-depth knowledge and demonstrations of our product offerings.Act as a technology consultant to guide clients on suitable solutions.3. Coordination & Follow-ups
Collaborate with technical and support teams for accurate pricing, product info, and delivery schedules.Follow up on sales leads and maintain regular contact to convert opportunities into successful sales.Keep the CRM system updated with client information and sales activities.4. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and support.Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely, professional manner.5. Sales Reporting
Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs.Report sales activities, opportunities, and market feedback to management.Qualifications
Experience
1-3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in IT hardware / software sales).Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.Requirements
Must have a two-wheeler and an Android smartphone.Prior experience selling POS systems, barcode equipment, or IT peripherals is a plus.Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Good understanding of IT products and business technology solutions.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client engagement skills.Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is preferred.Education
Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.Skills Required
