We’re Hiring : Techno-Functional Architect

Location : Remote (India preferred)

Engagement : Full-time / Contract

Experience : 5+ years in Odoo development & architecture

We’re looking for a seasoned Odoo Architect to join our growing team and lead ERP implementations for global clients.

• Responsibilities :

Design, develop & deploy custom Odoo modules (v13-v17)

Lead technical architecture, DB structure & integration planning

Guide functional teams on Odoo best practices

Optimize workflows across modules : Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR

🔍 Requirements :

Strong experience in Odoo framework (ORM, QWeb, XML, Python)

Hands-on with API integrations (REST, XML-RPC)

Experience leading full-cycle Odoo implementations

Clear understanding of PostgreSQL and Linux environments

Excellent communication & leadership skills

💡 Bonus :

Experience in multi-tenant architecture

Odoo certification preferred
