Position overview

As a Senior Solutions Development Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and owning the end-to-end design and documentation of high-impact solutions across Customer Experience Management (CXM), Trust & Safety (TnS), and Digital Experience (DX).

You will act as the central connector between cross-functional teams, ensuring solution integrity and customer alignment throughout every stage of the sales cycle — from new logo acquisition to renewals and change orders.

This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and can transform customer challenges into sound, executable solutions that drive sustainable business outcomes.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the lead solutions architect and trusted advisor, delivering expert recommendations that address intricate customer business needs throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Coordinate inputs from diverse internal teams to design comprehensive, customer-aligned solutions and ensure seamless integration across delivery streams.
  • Author and maintain precise documentation of solution requirements; secure sign-off to establish the definitive blueprint guiding implementation.
  • Translate approved requirements into formal contractual agreements, particularly Statements of Work (SOW), ensuring accuracy between scope and legal obligations.
  • Initiate and champion solution delivery efficiency improvements, including automation opportunities and reduction of time-to-market.
  • Independently manage opportunities of varying complexity, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Solutions Development or Consulting, ideally within a BPO environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline preferred (equivalent work experience accepted).
  • Advanced expertise in customer experience and trust & safety solutions, with strong commercial acumen.
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional collaboration, including engagement with executive and C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in solution coordination, project management principles, and documentation best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex requirements into actionable delivery plans.
