Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Techno-Commercial Manager, based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for its DISTILLERY vertical. The role entails overseeing technical and commercial aspects of the DISTILLERY business, including managing client requirements, developing business strategies, and ensuring effective communication between teams. The manager will be responsible for evaluating operational needs, negotiating contracts, and providing technical insights to support commercial growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to create strategies and assess market opportunities
• Proficiency in Commercial Management and Contract Management for handling negotiations and agreements
• Experience in Team Management to lead cross-functional teams and ensure efficient collaboration
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of industrial process chemicals and their applications is a plus
• Bachelor in Chemistry, Alcohol Technology and related fields.
• Relevant work experience for Distillery Operations.
