Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day HR operations : offer letters, onboarding, payroll input, and employee records.

Lead and mentor HR team members, driving productivity and service excellence.

Manage vendor relationships for insurance, childcare benefits, and background checks.

Maintain HRMS records and generate KPI reports for decision-making.

Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

MBA in HR preferred.

6–7 years of experience in India HR operations with proven team leadership.

Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
